The development of the Logistic Park in Kowale near Gdańsk started with the construction of Logistic Centres Gdańsk Kowale 1, 2 and 3. The second part of the Logistic Park in Pomerania involves subsequent warehouses also built at the Kowale interchange.

7R Logistic Centre Gdańsk Kowale 4 is a part of 7R Logistic Park in Kowale. 92% of the 17 500 m2 facility has already been let out. The main advantages of the investment are a convenient location right at the Gdańsk Kowale interchange and a modern warehouse.
